Shipping Policy
Please allow 2 business days for the processing of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification and a tracking number.

Normal shipping times is 5-6 business days within Australia. Note that all shipments will be via Australia Post (road freight). Delayed shipments are outside our control (and sometimes also out of Australia Post's control).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT SCHEDULE
USPS Ground Shipping has been closed for now, we will notify customers with unfulfilled orders as the COVID-19 situation develops.

All other international shipments of nail polish will be suspended until further notice.
Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or an exchange should you receive a faulty or broken item.

Whilst we take every effort to package our products for maximum protection during shipping, please do contact us at hello@bycindysocietal.com.au if your product does not arrive in satisfactory condition.
